At Power & Strength Sport Academy, our priority is to offer high-quality services and products to our valued customers. While we understand that there may be instances where you may need a refund, we have a strict no refund policy for certain services and products. Please review our refund policy below:
- Personal Trainer Sessions: All payments made for personal trainer sessions are non-refundable. Once you have booked and paid for a personal trainer session, we cannot issue a refund. However, if you need to reschedule your session, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
- Online Personal Training Sessions: All payments made for online personal training sessions are non-refundable. Once you have booked and paid for an online personal training session, we cannot issue a refund. However, if you need to reschedule your session, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
- Online Training Programs: All payments made for online training programs are non-refundable. Once you have purchased an online training program, we cannot issue a refund.
- Nutrition Plans: All payments made for nutrition plans are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a nutrition plan, we cannot issue a refund.
- Online Courses: All payments made for our online and offline courses are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a course, we cannot issue a refund.
- Offline courses: You can only get a refund for the training course in one case, which is if you cancel the course reservation one week before its start date, and you will not be able to get a refund for the course fee after this period of time.
Refunds for the training course are only available under one circumstance: if you cancel your course reservation at least one week prior to the start date. Any cancellation made after this time will not be eligible for a refund of the course fee.
Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used
