2.1 Personal Training Sessions and Nutrition Plans:
2.1.1 The Company offers personalized personal training sessions and customized nutrition plans designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
2.1.2 Our certified trainers work closely with clients to develop tailored workout routines and provide expert nutritional guidance.
2.1.3 Personal training sessions and nutrition plans may be conducted either online or in-person, based on client preferences and the Company’s availability.
2.2 Online Training Programs:
2.2.1 The Company provides online training programs that grant clients access to fitness routines, exercise videos, instructional content, and related resources.
2.2.2 These programs are designed to assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals at their convenience and pace.
2.3 Online Courses:
2.3.1 The Company offers online courses covering various aspects of power and strength training, nutrition, and fitness.
2.3.2 These courses provide educational content and enhance participants’ knowledge in the field of fitness.
2.4 Offline Courses:
2.4.1 The Company organizes offline courses and workshops at designated facilities.
2.4.2 These courses provide participants with hands-on training and in-person instruction to create a more immersive fitness experience.
11.1 The duration of one training session (online / onsite) is 60 minutes.
11.2 The dates of the training sessions are agreed upon with the coach.
11.3 The training session can be postponed from its scheduled time, but it is necessary to inform about this at least 12 hours before its scheduled time. Otherwise, the session is not transferred to another date and cannot be transferred to another person.
11.4 The subscription can be frozen (10 training sessions) for a week, or the subscription (20 training sessions) can be frozen for a maximum of two weeks.
11.5 It is allowed to increase the period of freezing in sick cases only, provided that there are documents proving this.
11.6 In the event that the validity period of the training session has expired, it cannot be returned again.
11.7 Photos and videos of our clients are used in marketing on our social media platforms. The Company reserves the right to use client photos and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials.
Indemnification
12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Company’s website or services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any breach of your representations and warranties.
Session Expiry
– 1 session has 1 day expired.
– 3 sessions have 10 days expired.
– 6 sessions have 2 weeks expired.
– 12 sessions have 30 days expired.
– 16 sessions have 35 days expired
– 20 sessions have 45 days expired.
Any views or opinions represented on the Website belong solely to Power and Strength Sport Academy, its content creators and employees, and do not represent those of people, institutions or organizations that Power and Strength Sport Academy may or may not be associated with in professional or personal capacity unless explicitly stated. Any views or opinions are not intended to malign any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void.
