I started training with Coach Ramadan in August 2020, I was in the worst shape of my life mentally and physically, moving to a new country and starting over plus the pandemic wasn’t helping me at all to be adjusted. The stress and new challenges have made me depressed and affected my hormones which is something very strange to me as I’ve always been fit and everything was regular in my life.
One day I had a heart-to-heart conversation with him and I asked for his help because I believed within me that he was the only one who could help me to get back to myself, and not only that, through his coaching and mentoring techniques which I’ll go through later on I’ve become even better, stronger physically and mentally.
Looking back where I was just over two years ago I couldn’t be more grateful.
I started with huge imbalances in my body: scoliosis, anterior pelvic tilt, shoulder pain, and my period wasn’t regular at all. I’ve tried to consult with a doctor and she couldn’t help me.
I believe in his amazing skills. I remember when I started my first diet plan a few weeks ago I got my hormone levels back to normal, my stress levels went down and I was training pain-free and getting stronger and stronger with each training phase we have.
And my favorite part of all of this journey is transforming from a regular fit person to a competitor in The IFBB pro league / NPC bikini category.
I just started my first show a few months ago and I fell in love with the process, the amount of care in every single detail and follow-up with coach Ramadan is incomparable to any coach in the industry. Every single calorie or drop of water plus the mental aspect of being in prep was counted to a quarter of an ounce.
I know I’m still an amateur but I’m getting a Pro athlete level of treatment,
Coach Ramadan takes care of me as if I’m the only client he has, even though he’s very busy, he would never compromise any of his clients’ results or health.
