Shatta came to me after a tough Racing motorcycle accident that left him with injuries in his shoulder, arm, and leg, along with significant weight gain. I worked with Ramadan for 7 years and my life has changed 180 degree, I just can’t explain in enough details but will try, I will speak about 2 points, the first point is physical health, I was fat, really fat, round 110 KG and given that I am 174 cm, anybody can imagine the situation, I had no muscle, my heartbeat was no even, high blood pressure and can’t move 2 steps without taking a breath, I used to smoke as well so that added up in to the picture, the next point is mental health, I was always deeply depressed, I took medication, which added to my weight, feeling the pressure of the world over my shoulder, don’t want to do anything and don’t want to be anywhere, then one day I was taking a walk near a gym and I thought why not see if I can be a member and maybe I can do something, I met Ramadan, he made an analysis I have no clue what he did and he stated that we will start tomorrow, that was in 2016, at that day I would not have ever imagined that I can transform my LIFE not only my body but the full life in to where I am now , he dealt with my anxiety and my depression in a way that I could not foresee is possible, as if he has a remote control, my body started going muscle, lost about 40 kg of fat gained so much muscle even everyone I see compliments me my mind became focus my relationship with all the people around me got better and my depression is way under control, he is my physical trainer but he is always much more than that, my life coach, my friend, my brother I cannot express how I feel about that guy, I will always be in debt to him As for training I never stopped with the grace of god and Insha Allah I will never will with Ramadan, he takes his job very seriously and it is never about money He is very scientific and medically knowledgeable, I have never had an injury, I can lift serious weights, and I eat healthily and have no fat on my billy, all this is due to the grace of god and Ramadan. I owe him my life.
